AIRcraft cleaning
Blackbushe is happy to accomodate aircraft cleaners within the airside areas during airport operating hours. Operators are responsible for organising directly with their cleaner, and Blackbushe Airport is not responsible for the actions or negligence of third parties. Operators must always ensure that cleaning contractors have appropriate insurances and training for working on aircraft and within an airside environment.
Access to airside areas is only within normal airport opening hours (usually 0700-1800 daily, or to 2200 on request). All third party vehicles will be escorted to/from the aircraft by airport staff. There is not usually any capability for power or water connections at the aircraft, but if it is required, aircraft will need to be positioned close to the terminal, and there may be a charge for the use of such facilities.
